Super clean restaurant. Ordered the Carls Jnr Famous Star with Cheese and a Chocolate this shake. The burger was great. Fresh and tasty. Not greasy at all. The thick shake made with hand scooped ice cream not soft serve was a welcome upgrade. Service excellent too. Highly recommended.
We love Carls jnr. What I love is they usually say “can you park and wait?” Which I love because it means they are actually going to make the burgers FRESH And you can really taste the difference. They are very tasty and have fresh actual lettuce and tomato! Appreciate it. And the chips are always freshly made and HOT!
Had a good experience coming here. The burgers are good, but the chips are way too oily. The burgers came with two menu-labelled wrapping papers to keep the shape intact. They do proper bunless burgers where they use whole lettuce instead of shredded ones. They don't give you the looks when you order for one, which is great.
As far as the occasional "Junk Food" fix this place is pretty good... Reminds me very much of the American burger places we dined at when we were on our holidays in Los Angeles, USA. The service is fast, and the food is always fresh and tasty.. The kids love the Star Nugs and all you can drink soda... Burgers are big and pretty tasty... definitely more of an American-style fast food vibe. Good variety on the menu, and the loaded fries are a solid option too. Inside’s usually clean but can get messy during busy times. Service can be a bit slow, especially if you're dining in. Worth trying if you haven’t, but probably not an everyday stop.
Customer service was very good here. I loved the burger, thought it was better than both of those other places. Unfortunately the meal fell flat with the fries. They had been sitting under the heater for too long so were not fresh, the waffle fries didn't really do it for me either and there was only a smidge of salt on both lots. I will check I get fresh fries next time and ask for extra salt.

We had our meal in house nice . We had a vegi burger my wife compared them to hungry jacks and now will buy yours she liked the more fresh lettuce and tomato. We didn't mine waiting a little longer for the product . I have been a chef for many years and when people came in for a meal they had to wait for the food to be cooked . So sit relax and enjoy . Some times small mistakes are made in all hospitality especially when new junior staff are learning. Just need to politely quietly point out their mistakes that can be corrected. Some of my best chefs had their start in fast food shops taught them responsibility urgency customer service . Thank you
